The Doe Bay Café is dedicated to celebrating the unique seasonality, flavor and freshness of Orcas Island farms with every plate that comes out of our kitchen. Our food is made almost entirely of organic ingredients, from our seed-to-table garden, to neighboring farms and orchards, and including specialties from fair trade and small-scale regional producers. We follow green practices such as recycling, composting, using biodegradable products, and local sourcing. Above all, we strive to treat our staff and guests alike with care, sharing our mission to transform the bounty of this island and the surrounding waters into exceptional Northwest cuisine.
