Abigael Birrell
Abigael Birrell comes to us from New York City (after a brief stint in Seattle) where she was the Executive Chef of one of New York's favorite vegetarian restaurants, Candle Cafe, and the owner-operator of Rebel Girl Catering.

She's thrilled to have the opportunity to live in such a beautiful corner of the world. The proximity to amazing local farms and produce make Doe Bay Cafe a chef's dream.

She and her partner Keith live on Taproot Farm where her Brooklyn street stray, Monster, is happily making the transition from alley cat to farm cat.
