Our minimum requirements vary throughout the year and we even offer incentives for you to stay longer! All accommodations, including campsites, are held to the same year round nightly minimum guidelines.

Nightly Minimum Guidelines
June 16 – September 15
- 5-night minimum on stays booked more than one month out from your arrival date
- 3-night minimum on stays booked less than a month out from your arrival date
September 16 – June 15
- 3-night minimum on stays booked more than one month out from your arrival date
- 2-night minimum on stays booked less than a month out from your arrival date
With exception of a mooring buoy or picnic site rental, single night stays are rarely considered and subject to a 10% fee.
