Doe Bay Store

Open daily: 9a-5p – 360-376-2291 – office@doebay.com

This is where you’ll check in and out of your accommodations, get the scoop on the latest happenings on-island, and grab gifts, groceries, or supplies.

You may have seen Doe Bay clothing in places from Seattle to Seoul or from Eastsound to East of Eden. The Doe Bay Store is the only* place you can buy the T’s, hats, hoodies as well as mugs with Doe Bay coffee.

We also have some incredible items from local Orcas artisans, as well as jewelry and crafts produced by hand by friends of the Doe Bay owners, Joe and Maureen Brotherton in Ethiopia or Uganda.

*Well, okay…you can also buy select items from our Online Store. But it’s more fun to visit in person!

Guest Kitchen

Our Guest Kitchen provides the convenience of a kitchen without you having to pack the kitchen sink! With the option of indoor or outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill, Guest Kitchen is a terrific amenity to accommodate our campers and guests who are without a kitchen. In addition to 2 full-sized refrigerators and 2 standard-sized ranges, here’s what you can expect to find in Guest Kitchen.

Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker, Tea kettle, Pots and pans, Cooking utensils, Plates, bowls, and cups, Eating utensils, Colander, Cutting board

Relax in Otter Lodge

Downstairs from the cafe, our lounge and library is accessible 24 hours a day to guests. A good selection of books, information on the islands’ attractions, games, and puzzles make this a great place to start or end any day.

The outdoor deck is a wonderful spot to watch critters cavorting or to simply watch the world.

Gather ’round the fire

One of our favorite events at Doe Bay is an evening campfire. What a great way to spend an evening as a family or getting to know other Doe Bay guests.  This is the only place onsite that open fires are permitted.

You can bring wood or purchase it on site. The fire ring is available in all but drought conditions, though you are asked to extinguish fires completely when finished and to never leave the fire unattended.

The community fire ring is a great space in which to gather, relax and connect with friends new and old.

Mooring Buoy

Guests that choose to arrive to Doe Bay via their private boat may anchor at their own risk. Doe Bay does not have a public mooring buoy or dock. Call our front desk at 360-376-2291 to inquire about the use of one of two private mooring buoys that may be available for up to $50/night plus tax. Our nightly minimum guidelines do not apply.

Do not tie up to private mooring buoys without a reservation!

Our front desk staff is not trained to give advice or recommendations. Consult your preferred nautical chart for Puget Sound.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station

We have a ChargePoint, Level 2, 240 volt, J-1772 supply charging station located on Homestead Rd, adjacent to the Doe Bay Garden. Our overnight guests can charge for free.
