Receiving praise for her performances from Billboard Magazine, Camilla Cabello, Maggie Rogers and Indigo Girls, Zan is getting ready to release her debut album “Sleeping Problems” which will be available the spring of 2021. With two songs already released, Zan’s most recent single “You Are The Light” debuted before 1.2 million+ people on King 5 for “New Years At The Needle” and was a great success! She looks forward to the release of the rest of the album.
Maple Valley raised singer/songwriter Zan Fiskum uses her haunting and beautifully controlled singing to craft ethereal and brooding folk/pop songs. She grew up playing make believe, wedged between the aisles of musty red velvet seats at auburn Ave, the dinner theater her family volunteered at. It was there that she developed a yearning for performing and the arts. At the age of 12, Zan started her journey as a songwriter and developed her sound. Zan wrote and released six singles starting in 2018, her debut single “How Can I” achieving over 1.5 million streams on spotify alone. She made her national debut as a top 9 finalist on season 18 of NBC’s “The Voice.”
