Mindful Flow – Mindful Flow is a class suitable for students of all levels, with props and modifications offered to make yoga postures more accessible or more challenging. Yoga poses, meditation, and dharma teachings are thoughtfully woven together to offer students a complete yoga experience uniting body, mind, and spirit.
$10 drop-in fee (cash only). Mats and props provided.
