Multiple certified Gyrokinesis® instructors join Authorized Master Trainer Mia Munroe for this one of a kind annual tradition. This educational retreat is unique in that certified instructors have the opportunity to learn from each other by demonstrating and developing their own unique style.

Novice students have a unique opportunity to learn side by side with fellow certified instructors and other lifelong students. All levels are welcome to participate.
